Arch Challenge & new technique

Ink-stains challenge this week was a gothic arch. I was fully prepared to skip it, when Kim referred me to Ethel's blog to check out her latest challenge. It was there I reminded of the masking tape technique that I'd always wanted to try. I've never done any decoupage type stuff, but I did have a sheet of fairies Diane sent me long ago,(Thanks, Diane!) so I gave it a shot.
