Why I have such a need for shiny and sparkle is beyond me, but I cater to the need. The base card is actually cream, but it appears white in the pic.

Love this vellum with bikes on it! You can't see the thin layer of silver mirror paper, but it's there. Needed some chrome!

RAK HIM!
Hi fellow card-makers!
I read this and had to pass it on:
There is a 7yr old boy in Ontario Canada, Shane Bernier, who has a special request. He is 7 yrs old with Leukemia. His wish for his 8th birthday, on May 30th, is to receive birthday cards from all over the world.
One card can make a difference!

Love is in the air...
Simple is as simple does, I guess. I keep falling into my one-stamp card rut, but darn it they are faster!
I am trying to use a lot of my patterned paper stash. I keep collecting and not using it. The same for embellishments. Must stop that!

Ahhh, love...
The couple is of course, Stampsmith. I just love her stamps! The background template is just something I made in Illustrator. Can't very well see the red Stickles on the hearts, but they sure do sparkle. I so love sparkle!

I got a couple $1 tiny valentine stamps from Michael's while I was visiting in PA. They are too cute.

One of my favorite "love" stamps although I don't think I've ever used until today.
This one is a bit wonky, but it's been a long while since I've stamped. Apparently it's not like riding a bike!

Rocky start, but published in the New Year!
I had a VERY rough start to my New Year as by 2pm New Years day I ended up on the side of the road with a bent up hood & a smashed windshield. Seems the hood was not latched properly and it flew up and smashed it to pieces! Not a fun experience, but luckily no one was behind me as I screeched to a blind halt and no one was hurt.
I did have these two cards published in Rubber Stamper magazine this month though! The Kiss is by Stampsmith (the best photo stamps!) and the Love tree is by Eureka.
